Empty Homes
A housing charity with a contract, a custom-built WordPress site and six years of content behind it.
Objective
Empty Homes campaigns on bringing England's empty properties back into use, a policy argument that lives or dies on data and press coverage.
That requires a publishing platform rather than a brochure site: press releases, annual reports and research need to go out continuously and be found afterwards.
Creative response
Identity, publication design and the website itself, under a signed contract.
The site was not assembled from a purchased template.
